Max Young

Max Young (a.k.a. Mad Max) has devoted the last 20 years to guiding in the outdoors. His career includes kayak instruction, raft guiding, leading international whitewater trips, Nordic and Alpine ski instruction, climbing, backpacking, mountain biking and experiential education. Traveling and exploring the world at every possible opportunity, Max has acquired substantial outdoor knowledge that he loves to share with others. Max manages and teaches for our kayaking program in Colorado, guides on some of our rafting trips and leads on several of our international kayaking and trekking trips as well.
