Many of our instructors are people who initially took a course or trip with us and then decided to join in the fun of teaching. If you have a passion for people and the outdoors and want to combine the two then this could be a route for you. Our instructor training courses focus on skills competency, building interpersonal relationships and cultivating your teaching style. Class management and safety parameters are also key components of our courses.
