I hope you enjoyed your roll session last week. I'm so glad are going on a river trip as well - you are going to have SO MUCH FUN!

Don’t Forget: our Open Pool session on Thu night at the Golden Rec Center. You can pay a $10 entry fee (to us) and if you need gear, we also rent for $10 per session. It’s a great way to practice everything you have learned (or are about to learn). Just keep in mind reservations are required. A Club you should consider joining ($30 a year and all the kayaking friends you can handle): www.ColoradoWhitewater.org . I am on the Board and having nothing but great things to say about them.
