Ready to Get on the River?
One Day River Trip: If you are ready to make the transition from the lake into the river, please consider a one day river trip with Renaissance Adventure Guides! During this one day class you will learn the basics needed to enjoy yourself as you paddle down a river.   We start by discussing hydrology and safety concerns and then move onto river skills. You will learn how to ferry, peel out and catch eddies. By the end of the day you will know how to get down a river in a fun and controlled manner. The river portion of this class takes place on the Colorado River near Dotsero (Exit 133 off I-70 W).   Please see available dates here: http://raguides.com/kayaking-school/beginner-kayaking-classes/k111-basic-river-course-weekend/
