K111 - June 29th Intro River Course
Hi Art and Justin,
I just wanted to follow-up with you guys and thank you for coming on the river last Sunday with RA Guides. You guys just rocked... you have your rolls in flat water and just a matter of practice to get it in whitewater. Both of you have great balance and not afraid to lean which is definitely an advantage! Don't forget to relax, even upside down!
You have asked a few questions regarding flows, kayaks and etc.

I am not sure if you made it to Union yesterday evening, but again, every wednesday RA have a free kayaking session where you can practice your kayaking skills and ask for pointers to an instructor. We also have great bbq food cook by our own Chef Lyle Phetteplace. Ok he's not a chef, but he cooks some mean hamburgers... he can also kayak I think. ;-)
