We had a blast with you on Boulder Creek with you. What an exciting level!  You all were brave to throw yourselves in the water with such vigor. David, hang ten, bro. That was some tubular surfing! With balance like that you might want to take a lesson in a hard shell kayak and start surfing intentionally. Jackson and Kristin, it was a joy to have you in my boat today. You handled yourselves well and I would paddle with you down anything. Maddie, you are a great sport to come out with us and trust yourself to some crazy guides you have never met, and so well behaved to boot. Beth you too, even when you got sunscreen in your eyes you stayed positive and up beat. Mark, you are a courageous soul to take a ducky alone down a raging river you have never paddled before. On top of that you kept your wit and smile the whole time.

 

If you would like to try something new or keep involved until Boulder Creek comes down again. There are other water ways nearby that we can paddle, such as Clear Creek in Golden and the South Platte. Every Wednesday night, from 5:30 to dark, we have an event we call "Renaissance on the River" where we bring the duckies out and run trips down the river, grill and make merry. Except for the rental fee (only $10 for everything you need) everything is free.
