To the management of Renaissance Adventure Guides,

Last weekend (Sunday, 8 Aug.), I attended a lake kayak lesson at Chatfield Reservoir with Christine, Megan, and Dan.  I've been singing their praises all week to everyone I know, telling them what a professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and humorous staff RA employs.  The skills and comfort I gained from working with the instructors was more than I could have hoped for. 

Having a rafting background, I thought I would be more familiar with the terminology than I was.  Christine translated everything, using the technical terms first before breaking it down for us novices - using humor along the way.  Megan's care and attention to each participant was very evident.  And Dan's confidence, candor, and calm throughout the demonstrations was inspiring.  He even worked with me past the lesson for a few minutes until I was at a place to end the day satisfied.  That personal attention was not expected and very appreciated.

Thank you for running such a put-together, quality company.  I had a wonderful time, and as a result, will be joining RA on my Lesson 2 & 3 on the Colorado - 28 & 29 Aug. with my sister!  I'm thrilled and very excited (thanks to Patty for helping me with this!).
