Kayaking Students from 6/5, 6/7 and 6/8/09
Hi Gang,
I want to thank all of you for coming out this past weekend. The weather was less than desirable but your energy and company was great. I hope to see you all at Renaissance on the River(ROTR)every Wednesday from 5:30-7:30 out at the Golden Play Park (Check our blog for weekly location www.raguides.com)
Anna you did great out there until that wind kicked your butt. Come out and play with us at ROTR and then later in the season you may look at getting back in the pool for a roll session.
Lisa and Peta it was great having you on day one. Peta I wish the weather would have been better you looked very cold by the end. I would have to say you looked comfortable swimming even in that crazy eddy the ate you. Lisa you looked very under control. Please come join us again for day two or an entire weekend.
Jennifer and Sol what a team, conservative and very outgoing. It was great to have the both of you along this weekend. I would have to reward Jenn with the most improved award. Way to go from "I just want to float" to having fun in the waves. Sol for never being on a river you are a natural. Don't change a thing keep having fun.
Alex my friend you are a survivor. I look forward to having you back for another weekend on fun.
Josh best of wishes go out to you and your wife for that upcoming baby girl. You were kayaking like a champ, but next time lets string a line from your neck to the bow of the boat. Just kidding, just work on sitting up straight.
Etta and Matthew your energy was amazing. With it you will only go up. I can only say I wish I would have been able to spend more time with you.
