Glacial Awareness Concert by Salem
Salem performs Todd Anders Johnson's conscious compositions and is actively working towards generating social awareness with the group's shows and current glacial awareness documentary. The group is well established in the ski and snowboard industry with sponsors like Libtech Snowboards and Folsom Custom Skis, Columbia Sportswear, Native Eyewear, Boulder Outdoor Center and Southeast Alaska Backcountry Adventures. Salem has soundtracks in a Warren Miller film and trailers, has played at the Winter X Games and 48 Straight King of the Mountain, has a song in this year's X Games After Party CD Compilation and has worked with Bono's One Campaign.
The band just returned from an Alaskan tour in March and April with 13 shows throughout the state and at heli lodges in Valdez and Haines. Todd Anders Johnson and Charles K. Forest interviewed scientists and mountaineers along the entire tour. This concert is part of the HD documentary that Todd Anders Johnson and Charles K. Forest have begun. Thank you.
